This photo booth is a prototype that filters pollution from the air. Similar to the concept of a Polaroid, it uses carbon particles to create a photo. The filtered particulate matter is printed directly onto the paper. This experience allows the user to engage with air pollution through personal memories. The photo booth could be operating at harbours where both is present: people who would like to have a memory on their visit as well as a high finedust concentration due to cruise- and containerships.
